Tempo così così anche oggi qui a Vicenza, che palle arriverà mai sta estate??!! Oggi vi propongo questo plumcake buonissimo, la ricetta l'ho trovata su Donna Moderna tempo fa e ce l'avevo sempre in mente da fare. Mi aveva catturata innanzitutto perchè adoro i lamponi, quindi ogni dolce con questo ingredente finisce nella lista delle torte da sfornare!! Poi ero sicura che la croccantezza dei pistacchi e il gusto in più dato dal Philadelphia ne avrebbero fatto un cake delizioso, e così è stato! Buon week end a tutte!!!
Ingredienti
150 gr farina
2 uova
50 gr Philadelphia light
150 gr zucchero
110 gr burro fuso
1 confezione di lamponi
100 gr pistacchi
1 bustina lievito
Montate le uova con il formaggio, il lievito, la farina, lo zucchero e il burro fuso. Unite all'impasto 80 gr di pistacchi tritati e i lamponi precedentemente spolverizzati di farina. Versate in uno stampo da plumcake imburrato ed infarinato, decorate con i pistacchi tritati rimasti ed infornate a 180° per 35/40 minuti.
