Oggi avevo voglia di cioccolato...ma con questo caldo....poi sfogliando il libro "Cioccolato: tutte le ricette" ho trovato questa ricetta irresistibile, fresca e soprattutto "cioccolatosa"!!!
Ingredienti per 2 milkshake
50 gr cioccolato fondente
200 ml latte
2 cucchiai zucchero
2 cucchiai gelato alla crema
2 amaretti
Sciogliete il cioccolato a bagnomaria con il latte. Lasciate raffreddare. Mixate il gelato con lo zucchero e incorporate al latte al cioccolato. Mettete in un bicchiere, cospargete con gli amaretti sbriciolati e decorate con un ciuffetto di menta.
